None of last week’s new album releases scored enough Southern California sales to hit the local Top 10--the nation’s biggest debut, by the 504 Boyz, ranked only No. 15 here. On the singles chart, Jennifer Lopez returns to the Top 10 with the splashy debut--both locally and nationally--of “Feelin’ So Good.”
