Chad Curtis’ Stand Is a Welcome Twist

Tim Brown’s article on Texas Ranger outfielder Chad Curtis was a beautiful, refreshing twist on our “Sports Heroes.” I just hope that every mother and father of a young athlete read the article and explained to their kids the true nature of standing up for what you believe in. Like it or not, professional baseball players are role models. Young people would do well to emulate some of the principles that Chad Curtis stands for.
