The City Council will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. Nov. 7 for Compass Telecom Services to address the company’s request to change a city code that covers installing and operating wireless telecommunications antennas. If the proposed code change is approved, a wireless communication antenna will be constructed at 17150 Euclid St.
