A couple’s night out and Saturday brunch will be held for soon-to-be parents Nov. 10 and 11 at Saddleback Memorial Medical Center.
The “Preparation for Childbirth” class will educate couples on the birthing process and how to prepare for the delivery. Evening refreshments, continental breakfast and lunch will be served. The class will meet from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Nov. 10 and 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Nov. 11 in the lower level of Saddleback Women’s Hospital, 24451 Health Center Drive, Laguna Hills.
