* News Digital Media, the online media division of News Corp., laid off about 15% of its staff, or 12 people, at its news Web site Foxnews.com. An additional 20 or 21 staff members of the New York-based company’s sports newsroom were told they must relocate to a new office in Los Angeles or lose their jobs.
