* Why does Disney have to cut jobs (“Disney Plans to Lay Off 4,000, Most From Its Theme Parks,” March 28)? How about saving the jobs by starting at the top and let top management take less compensation? How much would they have to reduce their compensation to save 4,000 jobs? It would be great public relations.
