* Re “John Ferraro, Longtime City Council Leader, Dies,” April 18: I was sorry to read about John Ferraro’s death, but as his constituent, I was alarmed that he has not participated in council meetings since December. Who has been representing the 4th District? If Ferraro had resigned because of his serious illness, we could have participated in the April primary and June election at no additional public expense.
