* France’s Groupe Danone, maker of cookies and dairy products, agreed to buy 40% of closely held Stonyfield Farm Inc. for an undisclosed sum to gain the fast-growing yogurt brand. Danone will have an option to buy control of Londonderry, N.H.-based Stonyfield in 2004.
