* Lowe’s Cos., the second-largest U.S. home-improvement retailer, said its fiscal third-quarter profit will be in line with analysts’ estimates because sales rebounded from a slowdown in the week after the terrorist attacks. Shares of Wilkesboro, N.C.-based Lowe’s rose 69 cents to close at $34.69 on the NYSE.
