Women Execs Gaining

Women are catching up to men in the executive suites and are expected to hold more management and professional jobs than men by 2030. That projection is based in part on education statistics: More women than men are awarded bachelor’s degrees, and women’s participation in graduate programs is increasing faster than that of men.
The proportion of minorities in management and professional jobs also is growing. But in most cases it is not on par with minority representation in the U.S. population.
