Fatally Injured Child’s Mother May Be on Run

Authorities say a woman suspected in the death of her 1-year-old daughter may be on the run.
About 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, paramedics arrived at a home in the 10500 block of Firmonav Avenue in unincorporated Inglewood and found the badly injured child inside, authorities said. She later died at a hospital. The mother, Yanira Mora, 22, is described as 5 feet 6 and about 120 pounds, with recently dyed black hair.
