Even the wealthy deserve a break, we figure. So here are discounts that two luxury hotels at Sea Island, Ga., are offering to celebrate the resort’s 75th anniversary.

From Aug. 1 to Sept. 30 (except Labor Day weekend), you can stay two nights at regular rates and get the third night for $75 at the 269-room Cloister and the 40-room Lodge at Sea Island. Published room rates for the period start at $316 at the Cloister, which is rated four stars by Mobil, and $525 at the lodge, rated five diamonds by AAA. Other deals include $75 per person for a round of golf at one of the resort’s three courses (usually $125 to $225, depending on the course and date); $75 for a 1 1/2-hour horseback ride for two on the beach (usually $116); and $75 for a 50-minute Swedish massage (usually $90).
