A former Soviet spy is in federal court this week, recounting how she became an FBI informant in a murder-for-hire case.
Svetlana Ogorodnikova is testifying as a government witness, seven years after her release from prison. After serving half her 18-year sentence, Ogorodnikova ended up living on a ranch in Fallbrook owned by Kimberly Bailey, who is accused of having a private investigator tortured and murdered.
