Man to Be Arraigned on Child-Rape Charges

A registered sex offender will be arraigned today on charges that he raped and assaulted a 5-year-old girl last weekend.
Rodney Dion Brown, 35, was arrested Tuesday and later charged with rape, committing a lewd act on a child and failing to tell officials he had moved, the Los Angeles district attorney’s office said. Officers began looking for him Saturday, after they were called to a Pasadena hospital where the girl had been admitted, police said.
