United Airlines said it sold round-trip domestic air tickets for as little as $25 after a Web-based fare system the company uses malfunctioned for almost an hour. United will honor tickets sold during that period, a spokeswoman said. The problem occurred after the Chicago-based carrier tried to file new summer fare discounts with a clearinghouse for fares.
