Man Shot to Death Outside His Home

A 28-year-old man was fatally shot when two men accosted him outside his home Monday night.
Charles Shirley was killed at 11:20 p.m. in his driveway, said Sheriff’s Deputy Bill Spear.
One of the men pulled out a handgun and shot Shirley in the upper torso, Spear said. Anyone with information is asked to call detectives at (323) 890-5500.
