Holiday Closures

Today is Veterans Day. The following closures will be in effect:
Offices: Municipal, county, state and federal government offices; courts; banks; post offices; public schools; most libraries; and many private businesses will be closed.
Transportation: While MTA bus and train operators remain on strike, riders can call (800) COMMUTE or log on to www.mta.net, then click on “Transit Service Update” to find out what contracted routes are running and which municipal carriers are offering expanded service. This information is updated daily. Metrolink trains will follow regular schedules.
Trash: Trash will be collected as regularly scheduled.
