Identity of Driver of Van That Crashed Unknown

Investigators hope to determine who was driving a van full of suspected illegal immigrants that crashed on a San Diego County highway over the weekend, injuring all 19 people aboard.
The California Highway Patrol said one of the 19 is believed to have been at the wheel of the Chevrolet Astro Van which crashed on Interstate 8 late Sunday.
The injured where taken to local hospitals, where authorities have begun questioning them about who was driving, CHP spokesman Brian Pennings said.
