Wars of Aggression

Outside of being a cheap shot, what is the logic of Michael Ramirez’s cartoon (Commentary, Sept. 21)? The Iraqis turned their government over to the U.S. in the same manner as the French turned their government over to the Germans. Both resulted from wars of aggression.
