Aftershocks Set Oil Tank Afire

A storage tank caught fire at an oil refinery in northern Japan as aftershocks of a magnitude 8 earthquake jolted the region. No injuries were reported.
It was the second time in three days that firefighters battled a quake-related blaze at the refinery in the town of Tomakomai.
