Classic Party Rentals, the country’s largest full-service event rental company, said it had acquired Florida-based Fiesta Rentals, its 10th acquisition in the last 20 months.
The Los Angeles company will continue to operate Fiesta at its West Palm Beach location.
“We like the market and we very much like the company,” said John Campanelli, chief executive of Classic Party Rentals. He declined to say how much Classic was paying for Fiesta, which has an estimated $5 million in annual revenue.
Classic operates stores in seven states, renting furniture, flatware and other equipment.
