Alleged sword killer’s van found

Police have recovered the van used by a Lancaster man suspected of stabbing his girlfriend to death with a sword in front of her four children.
The GMC Safari was found Tuesday by local law enforcement officers, said Deputy Oscar Butao, a spokesman for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
The van was empty, and Jesus Humberto Canales, who is wanted in the death of Lucy Preciado, is still at large.
Preciado was killed Saturday in Lancaster in front of her young children.
