Not worthy of the pharoahs

I was disappointed in Kathryn Wilkens’ “In the Footsteps of Pharaohs” [June 7]. For an author to travel to Egypt and to see only negative factors and to not be able to enjoy the amazing history and richness of this culture is a waste. Her descriptions were dry, short and not very interesting -- hardly worthy of the pharaohs. Andrea Herrera
