As a civil trial loomed in Atlanta, heirs of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. settled a lawsuit that was expected to reveal personal and financial details about the private corporation that controls the slain civil rights leader’s estate.
Martin Luther King III and the Rev. Bernice King had accused their brother, Dexter, of shutting them out of decisions involving King Inc., of which he is chairman.
