vs. Washington State, Wednesday at Pauley Pavilion, 8 p.m., FS West — Though the Bruins have won 11 of their last 12 meetings with Washington State heading into their Pacific 10 Conference opener, the Cougars are hardly pushovers. Junior guard Klay Thompson leads the Pac-10 in scoring and Washington State is again among the conference leaders in scoring defense and field-goal percentage defense.
