Nazr Mohammed’s dunk lifts the Bobcats

Minneapolis — Nazr Mohammed’s dunk with 5.3 seconds to play led the Charlotte Bobcats to a 93-92 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Wednesday night.
Minnesota took a three-point lead with less than a minute to play. But after Charlotte’s Boris Diaw missed a shot with less than 10 seconds left and the Bobcats trailing by a point, Timberwolves forward Corey Brewer saved the ball under his basket. The ball caromed off Minnesota’s Al Jefferson and into the hands of Mohammed.
