Actor Harris Yulin has sold a cottage in Venice for $2.7 million.
The one-story house, built in 1922, has one bedroom and one bathroom in 784 square feet of living space. Surrounded by mature trees, it sits on a 7,191-square-foot double lot on a walk street.
Yulin, 74, has appeared in scores of television shows and movies. His film work includes “Scarface” (1983), “Ghostbusters II” (1989) and “Training Day” (2001). He has appeared on “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” (1999-2002), “24” (2002-3) and “Nikita” (2011-12).
The prolific actor moved back East and had been leasing the place out. He decided to sell rather than update the house. Yulin paid $82,500 for the property in 1977, public records show.
Jennifer Hughes of Bulldog Realtors was the listing agent. Donna Bohana of Solstice International Realty represented the buyer.
