Siobhan Fahey, who enjoyed an extended adolescence as a member of the ‘80s girl group Bananarama, has purchased an investment property in West Hollywood for close to $1.5 million.
The walled and gated Spanish-style duplex, built in 1924, features a decorative-tile fireplace, hardwood floors, interior archways, balconies and 3,042 square feet of living space. One unit has three bedrooms and the other, two bedrooms.
Among Bananarama hits were “Cruel Summer” and “Love in the First Degree.” The singer-songwriter later formed Shakespears Sister, which released “Songs From the Red Room” in 2009.
Rande Gray and Randy Wright of Keller Williams’ Hollywood Hills office were the listing agents. Ben Kruger of Teles Properties represented Fahey.
