Samsung is set to introduce the Galaxy S 4 smartphone this afternoon, and users can watch the announcement live now.
The South Korean tech giant has been teasing the announcement with posters, videos and tweets for weeks.
The new flagship smartphone is expected to feature a nearly 5-inch 1080p HD screen that’s slightly bigger than its predecessor. Besides that, however, most of the improvement will be in the phone’s software in the form of new features.

Among those new features will be eye-controlled text scrolling, according to a recent report. That means that when users read an article, the phone will follow their eye movements. When the users gets to the bottom of the page, the phone will detect it and scroll down on its own.
