Developer Brendan Deschamps bought Elton John’s condos last year in West Hollywood, and now one of them is back on the market.
Deschamps bought the two units in Sierra Towers for $4.65 million and has listed the larger condo at $3.995 million.
The one-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo, which encompasses 1,831 square feet, has been updated and is being offered furnished. The artwork is new, but the majority of furnishings, including knickknacks, tables and rugs, belonged to the singer-songwriter-composer. There are panoramic views of the city from the rooms and balcony.
The building has 24-hour security, a doorman, an outdoor pool and a gym.
John, 66, has won multiple Grammy Awards and shares an Oscar for “The Lion King” song “Can You Feel the Love Tonight.” Among his hits are “Candle in the Wind,” “Your Song” and “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart.”
The smaller of the two units, with one bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms and 1,151 square feet of living space, sold in early September for $1.7 million.
Gregory Yeardye and Paul Czako of Gussman Czako Estates are the listing agents.
