Hank Azaria, a longtime voice on “The Simpsons,” has listed a house in the Beverly Crest area at $3.5 million.
The two-story house, built in 1999 with a design inspired by Prairie School architecture, is set behind gates on close to a half-acre in a canyon area. The wooded grounds include a stream, a lawn and a swimming pool.
The 3,320-square-foot house features living, family and dining rooms, a library/study, four bedrooms and five bathrooms. There are fireplaces in the living room, den and master bedroom.
Balconies and a lanai extend the living space outdoors.
Azaria, 50, has performed since 1989 as numerous “Simpsons” voices including bartender Moe Szyslak, Kwik-E-Mart owner Apu and the inept Chief Wiggum. He is working on the upcoming animated film “Bordertown.”
He bought the property in 2000 for $2 million.
Victoria Massengale of Keller Williams and Susan Smith of Hilton & Hyland, an affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, are the listing agents.
