COMEDY
Beth Lapides’ free-form UnCabaret helped forge the voice for the so-called “alternative” comedy scene in Los Angeles during the ‘90s, and its latest incarnation in the shadow of Disney Hall has proven to be as packed with laughs as ever. This week’s lineup looks particularly powerful with scheduled performances by Margaret Cho, Dana Gould, Taylor Negron and up-and-coming talent, Tig Notaro. First and Hope, 710 W. 1st Street, L.A. Sun., 8:15 p.m., $20. https://www.uncabaret.com.
