Viewers of the Travel Channel have no doubt come across Adam Richman abusing his body by undergoing horrifically unhealthy food challenges on his series âMan v. Food.â But those worried about Richmanâs health can breathe a little easier. His new series, âAdam Richmanâs Fandemonium,â will keep Richman on the road but away from the deep-fried, batter-dipped, double-stuffed challenges of his youth.
The new series, unveiled at Travel Channelâs âupfrontâ presentation to advertisers Tuesday in New York, will follow Richman around the country as he goes in search of the biggest and wildest fan events, including the Daytona 500 and the Kentucky Derby. The series premieres July 14.

Three other new series are also greenlit for production, including âGet Lost,â about a husband-and-wife team (heâs a U.S. Army Special Forces survival expert; sheâs a journalist) who get dropped into wild and untamed places with limited supplies and few clues as to their location.
âBest Daym Takeoutâ follows 6-foot-5-inch, 390-pound YouTube star Daymon Patterson as he travels the country in search of the best takeout food.
âBackroad Goldâ stars antique car expert Corky Coker looking for hidden automotive gems in Americaâs small towns and back roads.
Two series getting new seasons are âHotel Impossibleâ and âMysteries at the Museum.â
