Grimm A killer terrorizing Portland seems to be emulating Jack the Ripper, and Capt. Renard (Sasha Roiz) is determined to solve it in this new episode. 8 p.m. NBC
Shark Tank Singer Pat Boone helps a Vermont man pitch an ecology-tailored car that uses compressed air as its “fuel.” 8 p.m. ABC. The new series “Beyond the Tank” follows up with some of those who pitched ideas on “Shark Tank.” 9 p.m. ABC
Hawaii Five-0 While Kono (Grace Park) is on an outrigger on a solo trip at sea, she encounters bad weather that turns life-threatening. 9 p.m. CBS
America’s Ballroom Challenge This new episode features International Standard division and International Latin style. 9 p.m. KOCE
Bitten Elena (Laura Vandervoort) awakens to the horrifying discovery that she is being held prisoner. 9 p.m. Syfy
Blue Bloods The two-part finale of the police drama’s fifth season concludes as a member of the Reagan family is shot, and Danny (Donnie Wahlberg) must keep his emotions in check as he tries to get witnesses to come forward. Tom Selleck and Vanessa Ray also star. 10 p.m. CBS
VOCES on PBS The season finale episode, “El Poeta,” tells the story of Mexican poet Javier Sicilia, whose son was one of the numerous victims of a drug war during the past decade. 10 p.m. KOCE
Unearthed The premiere of this new series is set in Oregon, where the hunt is on for black truffles, one of the world’s most expensive delicacies. 10 p.m. Discovery

Taken Liam Neeson plays a former CIA operative whose daughter (Maggie Grace) and a friend (Katie Cassidy) are kidnapped. 8 p.m. Fox
Guardians of the Galaxy The Marvel-movie universe got a little more offbeat with this 2014 blockbuster, which stars Chris Pratt as a rogue who assembles a ragtag team of heroes. His comrades include a raccoon (voice of Bradley Cooper) and a tree-like individual (voice of Vin Diesel). 9 p.m. Starz
