Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives In this new episode Guy Fieri visits family-owned eateries that get it right, including a married couple’s grilled-cheese truck, an Italian place that serves up Grandma’s recipes; and a sibling-owned Chinese restaurant. 10 p.m. FOOD

Christmas in Norway With the St. Olaf Choir The choir from Minnesota’s St. Olaf College marks the 100th anniversary of its first Norway tour with a return trip featuring a performance of Christmas carols, and gospel spirituals with the Norwegian girl choir Nidaros Jentekor at Nidaros Cathedral in Trondheim. 9 p.m. KOCE
