Stephen Colbert will return to host Kennedy Center Honors
Stephen Colbert will host the Kennedy Center honors again this year.

Stephen Colbert will host the 38th Annual Kennedy Center Honors, CBS announced Monday.
It will be Colbert’s second straight year as host of the awards, which celebrate accomplishments in the world of performing arts.
The ceremony, attended by Presisdent Obama, will take place Dec. 6, and will be broadcast on CBS, home of Colbert’s “Late Show,” on Dec. 29.

This year’s honorees are singer-songwriter Carole King, filmmaker George Lucas, actress Rita Moreno, conductor Seiji Ozawa and actress Cicely Tyson.
