Dogs of War Each episode of this new documentary series (which moves to Sundays after this special Veterans Day premiere) follows a real-life combat veteran as he is paired with a service dog trained to help coax his human charge out of the fog of post-traumatic stress disorder. 10 p.m. A&E

The Concert for Valor This new music event honors the courage and sacrifice of American veterans and their families.
