Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson will not face charges in the shooting death of 18-year-old Michael Brown, a grand jury has decided. The city is bracing for a repeat and possible escalation of the unrest that it experienced over the summer. Brown was unarmed and black; Wilson is white.
