Caltrans to close portions of 60 Freeway several weekends for repairs

Stretches of the 60 Freeway near City of Industry and Rowland Heights will be closed for pavement repair over upcoming weekends, beginning Friday night.
Caltrans will close two to three lanes between Nogales Street and Fullerton Road for 55 hours over each of the weekends.
Though not full closures, heavy traffic delays are expected. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes.
The closures are:
- Three westbound lanes from 10 p.m. Friday through 5 a.m. Monday.
- Two westbound lanes from 10 p.m. July 26 through 5 a.m. July 29.
- Three eastbound lanes from 10 p.m. Aug. 9 through 5 a.m. Aug. 12.
- Two eastbound lanes from 10 p.m. Aug. 23 through 5 a.m. Aug. 26.
Full closures may also occur during the early morning hours to allow for K-rail installation, Caltrans said.
