An aspiring young actress meets a hugely successful star; becomes her best friend, personal assistant and understudy; moves into her house; and, before you know it, is playing her role on stage.

Is Las Vegas remaking the 1950 Academy Award-winning film “All About Eve”? Nope. It’s more like life imitating art on the “Peepshow” stage at Planet Hollywood.

Starlet Angel Porrino is getting her big break as headliner of the topless burlesque — but only during vacation absences of star Holly Madison.

Porrino in real life is Madison’s best bud, personal assistant and former understudy. She plays herself on Madison’s E! reality show, “Holly’s World.” And Porrino’s sweet nature is no façade.

Porrino, a Las Vegas native, has studied dance since childhood and plans to bring her long experience to bear in her portrayal of Bo Peep.

“It’s amazing. It’s a lot of fun” Porrino said. “I love to be on stage, I feel like being on stage is a big passion of mine, the fact that I get to do it and be [in] a lead position is such a cool thing.”

“Peepshow” is a naughty night out that combines striptease with high-production song and dance. The main character — the naïve Bo Peep — is led on a journey of self-discovery by the sensual Peep Diva, and eventually comes into her own.

Porrino will headline March 21 through 27 and March 28 through April 3, with more dates to be announced later.
