Dodgers scratch Clayton Kershaw from Friday start

Clayton Kershaw won’t pitch against the Angels on Friday in the opening game of the Freeway Series at Dodger Stadium.
Kershaw was scratched from his scheduled start and will be replaced by Zack Greinke. Kershaw is now scheduled to pitch Saturday, according to the Dodgers.
This is the second time this week the Dodgers have pushed back Kershaw, who was scratched Wednesday because of what he described as a sore hip.
Kershaw, who has a 29-inning scoreless streak, worked out Friday afternoon at Dodger Stadium.
He ran in the outfield, then did dry work on the bullpen. Later, he played catch on flat ground.
Kershaw had problems with the same hip late in the 2012 season.
