Baseball: Four local players in top 50 prospect list

Four Southern California players from the class of 2014 are in the top 50 prospect list from Perfect Game.
At No. 13 is infielder-pitcher Jack Flaherty of Harvard-Westlake. At No. 16 is outfielder-pitcher Marcus Wilson of Gardena Serra. At No. 38 is outfielder Scott Hurst of Bishop Amat. At No. 39 is outfielder D.J. Peters of Glendora.
