Baseball: San Fernando to play JSerra in Boras Classic opener

Defending City Section champion San Fernando will open against JSerra and its eight Division I recruits on March 29 in an opening game of the Boras Classic at JSerra.
The 16-team South Division will be played at JSerra and Mater Dei.
Other openers at JSerra: Glendora vs. Granite Hills, Vista Murrieta vs. Bishop Amat and Aliso Niguel vs. San Dimas on March 31.
At Mater Dei, the openers include Gardena Serra vs. Mater Dei, Valencia of the Foothill League vs. Grossmont, Temecula Valley vs. Cypress and Great Oak vs. Chino Hills.
