Boys’ basketball: It’s a Poly-North Hollywood showdown in the East Valley League
- Share via
Sun Valley Poly’s gymnasium should be rocking on Wednesday at 5 p.m. when the Parrots (8-8, 1-0) host a surging North Hollywood (9-8, 1-0) in an East Valley League showdown.
The Parrots’ top priority is slowing down Sean Fernandez, who is averaging 28.1 points and has led the Huskies to a seven-game win streak. Since the new year began, North Hollywood hasn’t lost. The Huskies are 6-0.
Poly also has been making improvement behind Eric Favors.
North Hollywood competes in City Section Division II and the Parrots are in Division I.
