Football: Hawkins offense must be stopped in City Section Division III

Hawkins (7-3) is seeded No. 4 in the City Section Division III playoffs. The Hawks’ only loss on the field was to top-seeded Los Angeles, 21-8.
Hawkins’ offense is one of the best in Division III.
Quarterback Jorge Amaya has passed for 2,228 yards and 15 touchdowns. Running back Greg Johnson has rushed for 1,863 yards and 16 touchdowns. Freshman receiver Jalen Hall has caught 43 passes for 1,023 yards and eight touchdowns.
Hawkins could end up playing Los Angeles in the semifinals.
