Fairfax summer basketball tournament set for June 24-29

Fairfax has finalized the 16-team field for its summer basketball tournament that will take place June 24-29 at Fairfax High.

Next season’s likely top two teams, Sierra Canyon and Mater Dei, lead the 16-team field.

Also participating are Rolling Hills Prep, Orange Lutheran, Dorsey, La Canada, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Loyola, Santa Monica, Maranatha, Alemany, Heritage Christian, Long Beach Poly and St. Francis.

It’s always a good tournament because teams get to show off their new players.
