Watch wild first pitch break glass at Mets’ stadium

Mom always said, “Don’t play ball in the house.” Well, for Gary Green, don’t play ball outside either.
Green, a lifelong Mets fan, got a chance to throw a ceremonial first pitch Tuesday night before the Mets-Chicago White Sox game at New York’s Citi Field.
With Mets catcher John Buck waiting behind home plate to receive the pitch, Green makes a perfect pitch, if he was trying to throw the ball way over Buck’s head and hit the glass that protects the camera behind home plate.
Green’s first pitch broke the glass. As you can see in the video above, Buck’s reaction is priceless. After he watches the ball sail by and break the glass, he turns and looks at Green as if he was saying, “Dude, really?”
