Sporting News names USC’s JuJu Smith-Schuster a second-team All-American

USC receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster has been named a second-team All-American by Sporting News.
Baylor’s Corey Coleman and Texas Christian’s Josh Doctson were first-team selections.
Smith-Schuster, a sophomore, caught 85 passes for 1,389 yards and 10 touchdowns in 13 games this season.
He also was voted a second-team All-American by the Associated Press and the Football Writers Assn. of America.
USC is set to play Wisconsin in the Holiday Bowl on Dec. 30 at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego.
