Join the festivities surrounding the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race, the epic 1,150-mile trek across the Alaskan tundra, during an 11-day tour organized by John Hall’s Alaska.
The Iditarod & Aurora Adventure includes a chance to try dog mushing, a visit to race headquarters in Wasilla and participation in the Iditarod Musher’s Banquet and the Fur Rendezvous Festival.
Other highlights include flightseeing to an Iditarod checkpoint, crossing the Arctic Circle to view the Northern Lights and visiting the World Ice Art Championships in Fairbanks.

Price: $4,529 per person, double occupancy; $5,529 single occupancy. Includes accommodations, events, guide, meals, transportation within Alaska, airport transfers, taxes, baggage handling and sub-zero jackets. Airfare from LAX to Alaska not included.
