For those people who need a little longer break after the holiday season, January is the perfect month to travel, according to Travel + Leisure. Crowds are gone, airfare is cheap, and many places around the world are still enjoying beautiful, sunny weather. And for those who want a little extra snow, there are plenty of ski locations still open.
